Matte silver is a soft, dense deposit favored for die attach, high-temperature soldering, and anti-galling on high-temperature fasteners, where a non-reflective, workable silver surface performs best.

What applications suit matte silver?

Die attach and semiconductor hardware, high-temperature solder joints, bearing and anti-galling surfaces, and current-carrying contacts.

Do you offer anti-tarnish and underplate?

Yes. A chromate anti-tarnish (Grade A) and a nickel/copper underplate are available as your drawing and substrate require.
