What Gleco expects from the suppliers and outside processors who touch your parts. Our Supplier Quality Terms and Conditions flow down to every purchase order we issue.
Gleco Plating is certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015. Clause 8.4.3 makes us responsible for the work our suppliers and outside processors do on your parts, so the requirements below flow down on every purchase order we issue. They apply to raw material, chemistry, outside processing, calibration, tooling and services.
A supplier corrective action request (SCAR) requires containment within five business days and a root-cause response within thirty days. Repeated or unresolved SCARs put a supplier back through requalification, or off the approved list.
Gleco is ITAR Registered. Suppliers handling controlled technical data must comply with ITAR, EAR and DFARS as applicable, and must notify Gleco immediately of any unauthorized disclosure. Drawings, specifications and technical data we furnish stay confidential, and that obligation survives completion of the order.
Chemical and coating suppliers must furnish current safety data sheets and flag any change in hazard classification. Material composition disclosure for RoHS, REACH, DFARS specialty metals, conflict minerals or customer-specific restrictions is required on request.
The above is a summary. The controlling document is the Gleco Supplier Quality Terms & Conditions (Rev B), effective July 25, 2026, governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County.
