Gleco University: We Train You, Then We Certify You
You do not need plating experience to start at Gleco. Every employee goes through Gleco University, our internal training system. You take structured courses for your position, prove what you learned through competency assessments, and earn certification in your role. Annual refreshers and recertification keep your skills current, and our safety training program is built into every path from day one.
As you certify in more skills, you become more valuable, and Gleco is built to promote from within. Line leaders, inspectors, and managers here started on the floor. Leadership development is part of the system, not an afterthought.
